DMS Acupuncture and the office of Denise Slavich, LAc, is located in the Carmel Professional Center at 6404 Carmel Road, Suite 201.
To find the center, look for the cluster of low red brick buildings situated about a block from Pineville-Matthews Road/Hwy 51 and beside Hickory Tavern and the 5/3 Bank. Our ground floor, handicap-accessible office faces the Tamarind Indian restaurant.
Parking is available on either end of the center, with the most ample parking available by the 5/3 Bank.
